Most Surprising Result: Nothing was suprising.
    Least Surprising Result: Mercedes win.
    Funniest moment: Nothing really

]Best Driver: Nico. Lorded it all weekend
Worst Driver: Hamilton. Is rattled and seemingly can't find an answer.
Best Rookie: Palmer. Close to points finish again.
    Best Team: Mercedes I guess
Worst Team: McLaren and Williams jointly. Dire performance from both.
Best Overtake: 130R is no longer the ball breaker it once was. Going to say Hulk around the outside at the chicane of someone.

Most Surprising Result: Hamilton had no answer to Nico all weekend.
Least Surprising Result: Hamilton screwed his start again. Max weaving again.
Funniest moment: Merc on PR management survival with Hamilton's games.
    Excuse of the week:

    Special Mention: Mercedes. Another WCC.
Best post from the race thread:
Race Rating: 6/10. Some good racing through the field again, just be better if it were at the front.

Best Driver: I gave it to Lewis last week so really ought to opt for Nico, but I'm going for Max.
Worst Driver: Lewis for his lack of PR and KMag for his on track performance.
Best Rookie: Palmer - the boys doing all right
Best Team: Merc, even with the engine turned down they are dominant.
Worst Team: McLaren - no grunt, no grip.....
    Best Overtake: Hulk on Bottas

Most Surprising Result: How bad McLaren are at their home track
    Least Surprising Result: Merc win
Funniest moment: Hamilton fans accusing the race organisers of watering his grid slot
Excuse of the week: Lewis digging deeper with the press

    Special Mention: Rosberg

Best Driver: hmm, hard call, I'll go for Rosberg
Worst Driver: Gutierrez, Q3, ended up 20th
Best Rookie: Palmer had a good race, when he wasn't annoying the front runners
    Best Team: Merc
Worst Team: McHRT have returned, was looking forward to seeing how they fared, seems the last few races were a bit of a false dawn
Best Overtake: Hulkenberg on Bottas into the final chicane

Most Surprising Result: A merc won
Least Surprising Result: Gutierrez not getting points despite great quali.
Funniest moment: Hulkenbergs "see ya later" after taking Bottas into final chicane
    Excuse of the week:

    Special Mention: Max
Best post from the race thread:
Race Rating: 8/10, I'm not quite so lead oriented, I thought it was a great race with plenty of clean action through the grid.

    Best Driver: Rosberg
Worst Driver: Driving performances all ok. Hamilton for antics. McLaren because I need to get them in two worst categories somehow.
    Best Rookie: Palmer
Best Team: Force India, really getting a handle on their car
Worst Team: You need to ask? McLaren
Best Overtake: Hulkenberg "See you later"

Most Surprising Result: Rosberg's car survived
Least Surprising Result: Hammilton conspiracy theories everywhere you look.
Funniest moment: Rosberg comments on the Shooey on the podium
Excuse of the week: Toto's Hamilton's performances on track justify him being a twat off it? Really? a) humanity/morals? b) what performances?

    Special Mention: Verstappen

Best Driver: Rosberg. Looking every bit the champion elect. Outperformed Hamilton all weekend.
Worst Driver: Sainz. Less than impressive. Very untidy throughout the weekend but especially during the race. Hamilton has to be mentioned here too, with a start nothing short of disastrous; and his off-track antics during the run up to the race were, in my view, foolish and naive.
Best Rookie: Palmer. As per previous race: he's quietly getting his act together and beginning to answer his critics. Even better this weekend.
Best Team: Force India / Mercedes.
Worst Team: McLaren are an embarrassment to the marque, and Honda are an embarrassment to their country – especially at their own circuit. In times of old, top brass at Honda would have had at least one honourable suicide by now… Williams were not impressive either.
    Best Overtake: Hulkenberg v Bottas.

Most Surprising Result: Hamilton inviting a
    battle with the universe.
Least Surprising Result: Verstappen's whinging has become as predictable as a Merc getting on the front row.
Funniest moment: Hulkenberg's "See ya later" after despatching Bottas at the chicane.

Special Mention: Positive: Verstappen – very good, apart from his rather dubious late defence against Hamilton. Negative: Vettel – who looked very amateur whilst dealing with Wehrlein.
