I hate to say this, but I've noticed that a lot of threads end up being a fight between the Irish and the mainlanders. I'm sure nobody has noticed. Nobody except me that is. WTF is going on. Are the Irish really detested or are they picked on?
Why though? I understand the North South thing, and understand that past history saw them get the short end of the stick, but why is the disquiet so strong today?
Perhaps it just comes over that way on here. Maybe I'm naive but I didn't think there was much bad feelings on either side, bigoted zealots aside.
I'm afraid the day Mick started making all his Irish "friends" Moderators was the beginning of the end for not606. ps Jip's a ginga so he's practically irish.
Most Mainlanders have Irish friends,just seems to be a few very bitter hate mongers on the island that need to get out more.
The day people take seriously what is said on what is a 90% troll forum and project it onto real life is a very sad day.
iv always told myself that the instant something from this forum offends or angers me to the point it is visible in my actual life I'm asking Mick to delete my account as iv allowed myself to take it too seriously.
Another thing, anyone who reads this forum will see that most of the abuse is directed from Brits to Irish yet we have modern day Sigmund Freuds above claiming otherwise. One award the Brits can claim easily is Hypocrites numero uno.
Who said I was taking it serious? I made my first reply on the OP then read over the replies where our British friends are tripping over themselves to basically tell lies. What was wrong in my second comment?
