It is the day!! Tomorrow is the really big one eh? Nothing really to lose now for your team Julius, so they may as well enjoy the rest of the season. Mind you, your team are relying on either winning the European Cup or else one of the top four having a monumental collapse to get fourth place!! Having said that, many other teams or your stature have graced the Europa League in recent seasons - Porto, Benfica and Juventus for starters so it will be interesting next season if you manage to get ahead of Spurs or Everton.
There are not many BIG teams that have won this trophy, even those that have dropped out of the Champions League have left it alone mostly!
Yeah the death knell for our hopes of CL football came a while ago now. Right now all we need to do is get some confidence and momentum back for next year. Winning this game would go a long war towards that. As for the Europa league, well it's not been that long since we were last in it. I do wonder if we'll take it more seriously this time around, but it will always have the problem that, for big clubs, ending up in the competition feels like a punishment.
