There is a growing suggestion that our owners know exactly what they are doing. They knew their would be an uproar so let it out early, let the louder fans scream and yell, then withdraw the support. After a day or two, the reality sets in. By the time our owners land on Sunday, they know that about 80% of the fans would be behind the changes. They will agree to a compromise , such as the bluebird being put on the back of the shirt next to the Welsh flag, and then they will push ahead with their plans.
I had been very skeptical of this idea, but there does seem to be some credence to it.
The supporters group have backed down. The forums have really turned around. Even AAMB want the owners to stay. People distancing themselves from the disgraceful comments. Steve Borley suggesting maybe just maybe there is hope. and then this article in the paper:

I just wonder if our owners have played this game far better than some of the loudmouths anticipated?
