For a bloke who forecast a 0-4 loss to Ipswich I am tucking into a huge piece of "Humble Pie"...... please log in to view this image ....I invite others like me to join me. That was a great goal by Fryatt and a great effort by the team. Well done lads and I am not really sure but did I see a hint of a smile on the edge of Nigel's lips when he was doing the interview?
I put you right straight away Viking E, can't remember which thread it was but there was no way we were going to lose 4-0.
I predicted we would lose and not score so I'm happy to hold my hands up. The thing that pleased me most about yesterday was that Nigel Pearson out-strategised (sic) his opposite number and proved he has a plan B and C. Well done Nige. Now lets try and be a bit smarter at home.
I predicted city to win 2-0, with Fryatt scoring twice. So he owes me an apology for not getting another one.
My prediction was "I think the big question is will NP go back to his old defensive mode or carry on with the positive formation from the Blackpool game? I can see it being 4-5-1. Not sure whether he will play Harper or Evans in there with TC and Mckenna, Matty up top on his own. I reckon 1-1 or we may even nick it 1-0." Im fukin ace me!!
