If the French air traffic controllers kindly consider Wednesday to be a working day I'll be tucking into a paella and a few glasses of rioja in Murcia, roll on.

 

This week mid 30s in Murcia and could touch high 30s in places. I'd go tinto verano and salad with fresh fish. But each to their own.

But as you say most important is to arrive without hassle. Hope it goes well

 

The local pool bar does fantastic sea food salads, I can taste the cold San Miguel already !!!!!

 

Morning all, it looks like a good gardening day today, temperature warm, but not too hot. Looking at the forecast for the week temperatures seem likely to explode into the 30° s.
Hope all goes well today Dave. My next door neighbour here has had a similar treatment and is fine now. Amazing what treatments are now available.

 

I'm in a spot of bother today. I forgot the wedding anniversary yesterday and her birthday card for today is still in the shop. whoops!!

just off to the card shop tout suite!! Hopefully I can creep back into the good books by tonight.

First treatment completed ,five to go on the next 5 Mondays, then a break for 8 weeks before another cystoscopy to see what's what.

Morning all, lovely morning without a cloud in the sky. Mme lost her secateurs over the weekend, and despite both of us searching high and low we couldn't find them. I bet that if we buy some new ones, she said, the old ones would turn up. So we did buy some new ones, and yesterday evening I noticed the sun glinting on something bright under a plant. Of course it was the old ones.

Mornin' all. Well with soccer out the way for a few days I need to focus on other things. Plenty to do but when the temp climbs to 30 I find I lose inspiration. Easier to lie on the sofa in the conservatory and read more of my latest detective. I always thought I'd write a book one day but deep down I know it will never happen. But reading a good story set somewhere I know, with a cold beer - what bliss
