Watched his press conference and can't but be impressed by the mans honesty. Taking the blame for a lot of whats gone wrong and didn't hold our for a big pay off. An awful lot of footballers and managers could learn an awful lot from this guy. I rate him as highly as McDermott
holloway will bounce back once he has had time out...He is a bit of a clown i know but he can be a decent manager too..
