Never mind the Easter eggs lads. Get your focus onto BALLYCASEY 4.40pm Fairyhouse

This horse ran a respectable race finishing 4th in this year's RSA but, as I had a sneaky doubt he might, he failed to come home up the famous hill. Dropped back today to a more suitable 2 and a half mile trip this horse should show why the Mullins camp are sweet on him. I'd be massively shocked should he not win, though as it looks a tactical affair with only 4 runners, he'll probably have to cut out his own running. I don't think that's much worry though, as he won a Grade 1 at Leopardstown doing this in February. He's a horse I really like and hopefully tomorrow's trip and nice ground should show him off to his best. 13/8 is astounding value.

The horse who finished 3rd to him on his chasing debut Ned Buntline runs in the following race and should hold a favourite's chance assuming his Grand Annual second hasn't left a mark.

Good luck those that venture :)

    15.55 Plumpton - Ted Spread - 8/1

Trainer and owners expect a very big run from this lad tomorrow very unexposed over hurdles and has some good form on the flat but as mentioned is expected to go well tomorrow

Where's your info coming from Wooly?

Local Hero - they will try for the summer double again this year. Bohan's a decent jockey. Conditions are right. The run at Cheltenham was heartening. He'll be in the mix. At 12/1 ish there are much worse each way bets.

My bet will be The Geegeez Geegee for Honeyball in the first bumper. Get on early.

Those are very decent bumpers Bob. Honeyball has nice horses in both but they are not easy races. Really like Kings in the last!

Cant see VULCANITE going in again Woolly, we've had the touch there!

I know. The money came for The Geegeez Geegee last week but it was pulled out. The race was as tough if not harder. If there's a market move I want to be on it.

Happy easter all , well done all yesterday and well done bob with the brave pick I couldnt put my money on that race but you got it spot on !
Musselburgh not for the faint hearted
205 cyflymder down to the lowest mark in its career I'm sure I have seen this shoot out before so no 4 may not be a hinderance. The jockey booking catches my eye Morris now we all know he can throw down the gauntlet from an early stage , and im sure if he gets out quick enough cyflymber may cause a 20/1 upset ew.
305 Karaka jack looks place value I did manage to get 6s ew but now 5s could and should go close today.
335 Goldie looks like he's up to something here the jockey booking is far from inspiring but with 14s available I will take a small piece of caledonia ew.
435 Fahey sends Imshivalla out after along break , Samantha Bell gets the pleasure and takes off 5lbs . Fingers crossed imshi is ready from the long break 13/2 looks very fair they should place easily.
    good luck all

What did we make of Jose's interview last night <laugh> Have to say even though he's an arrogant twat, I used to like the guy when he was there first time round (not his football mind you). However this season any ounce of decency the guy has had seems to have completely vanished.

Hopefully we'll get past Norwich then thrash that dirty, moaning lot at Anfield :)

hahahaha a scouse fan calling another team "moaners" LMFAO. Although I do have to say that the Premier Leagues biggest moaners are surely Citeh! Having had a season ticket there a few years back when in exile I wondered every week why any of them bothered going, moan, moan, ****ing moan!

Your tip looks nailed on today beefy but I have never taken to Ned Buntline so couldn't be having him at that price.

The Geegeez Geegee a non runner AGAIN Bob!!!!

I've never seen a league title won with such free flowing attacking football Oddy...5 v Arsenal, 4 v god knows how many.. It's an amazing time to be a fan! At last I can laugh at all my Man U supporting mates, I've sure waited long enough :)

Not backing Ned stick. My money's only on Ballycasey! I've a Liverpool and Ballycasey double just before kick-off (aftertime I know!) so hopefully the horse is as tuned as the footballers :)

    EDIT: Ned's non-runner now anyway!

When I still lived in the UK I used to watch Sheffield Wednesday home and away. I remember Liverpool coming to Hillsborough towards the end of the 80s and thumping us 5-1, I think they had already won the league ................. absolutely demolished us.

There goals scored column since New Year would make some reading Oddy. They'll go very close to bagging the ton this season. Incredible. The defence is still slightly vulnerable but that's the inevitable offset when they play like they do.

Hopefully City will nail second, they play great football too. It'd be something of a miscarriage of justice if Jose's bus parkers finish above them...
