The Gym,36a Princess Street.

I am looking into membership of this establishment. Monthly costs are £10.99,with a £20.00 joining fee,and no fixed contract period. It is open 24/7. Seems a real bargain. Anyone a member who can give some feedback on the place.

 

Yeah I'm a member there, has loads of cardio machines, smith machine and squat racks. Weights area and machines can get busy later in the afternoon/evening, but it's still a good gym. They also run free exercise classes at various times each day

 

I go, it's a good gym (especially for the price) plenty of cardio machines (At least 15 of each I would say) and resistance weights, and a free weight section like you would expect in every gym, definatly worth the price.
And if you work close like me it's an added incentive to go. Definatly worth 11 quid a month. Good changing and shower facilities as well.

 

Vecth, I go to the LC because of the classes but my sons go to the Gym. They reckon it's great value for money. As with all gym memberships you have to use it to make it worthwhile.

 

Thanks for the feedback lads. I need to get fit and lose some bloody weight.

 

Where can you park your car?

 

They'll need plenty of cardio machines, with you lot going there!........................

Yea my Dad goes there and only had good things to say about it.
And compare £11 a month to the one that I go to in London which is £30 a month, it's very good.
