I love the Grand National - the only time I flutter - and I have a good record. Off to Tenby tomorrow and fully expect to spend my winnings there, before coming back to the Engineers Arms St Johns Lane for my nephews 21st. Celebrating a City win of course!!!!
I ve done quite well this century ! but stopped having big bets... if I bet it will be less than £50..done a check up of my loose change and it will be £25 ew
I've tried but betting is beyond me, I like a nice pint of Stella though and I don't smoke, the rest I'll leave to your imagination but I'm happy..
Chance Du Roy for the National Oxford for both races Surely Speith can't be caught Indian Restaurant tonight Come on you Reds!!!
believe me wiz its a mugs game! but there are 2 races a year that always catch the imagination the national and the derby I am a real ale drinker never taken a shine to blonde bevvies especially stella and bud... no taste! ....for me should I put my bet on then the money will fund my 2 weeks in 2 weeks time!
they were supposed not run many clouds hope Villa lose...lol only £225 to collect half my expenses... paid
Ffs. First year in 6 I lost money. Not a single win. Still at least no horses died and City didn't lose!
lefty can make a bit of a charge like a few years back, coming in on two great rounds on the last two rounds. But could be a boring day tomorrow if Spieth is too far in front. As I type this Hoffman moves to within 4
took the odds of 33/1 so £25 goes to win = £850 back if it wins and £25 for the place total £50... 1/4 odds = 33/4 x £25 = £231.25 back less my stakes on lose win and place = £181.25 real profit ( I do a loose calculation in my head of a 1/4 of 33 = 8 its actualy of course 8.25 ) HOW DID I PICK IT, READ OLD SPARKY'S POST...9 year old carrying 10st 6 lbs!
My first bet for years........................ Should have done a spot bet for it to reach the first fence!
