Nope. Finish first to twelfth you collect, thirteenth and below you can donate it to St Gemma's Hospice.
I agree completely but they were both good wins so can't really complain about it. I just pray we see some genuine improvement this season.
I'm just happy that our second string side is as good as last seasons first string NOT Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Agreed it's way too early to get the bunting out. Especially as the last 2 matches have been away from home and most of us have only seen the highlights. There are signs however that things are improving. If you remember when Wilko took over there were a few bore draws and lackluster performances before the corner was turned. Anything from Forest away will be a bonus and then let's see how we do in the 2 home games after that. If I remember correctly you thought we were close to getting a hammering from Fulham. Again agreed, if their chances had been taken then we could have been on the end of a 3-0 or worse. But we had the first good chance (clean through one on one) and a few decent other half chances as well. A few of the players showed they had the stomach for the fight that night which earned us a well deserved draw. The South Stand and Kop also gave great vocal support to keep the lads going which was pleasing to see after some negatives against Birmingham. New coach and backroom staff, virtually a new team with some of the ones that remain from before showing signs they do have enough quality. Unfortunately Lewis Cook is now the type of player we need. His sale is my one massive downer on what has been a very productive summer and transfer window. Understand your doubts and scepticism they are not unfounded. Let's hope I'm seeing something that's real otherwise I'll be smashing my spectacles.
Way too early to start slashing your wrists too Didn't our 2nd string beat a team that knocked out Aston Villa, a team that a lot on here were saying are definitely going up with the Geordies
I'm still on the fence too, nearly slipped straight off after QPR but it's comfy so sitting here a while longer
Just told my son I want to be drawn against Leicester in the next round so we could beat the champions. He told me not to be daft...just draw the weakest team and beat them instead.
Good draw...hope we put out our best team as a cup run is bloody important to us long suffering idiots (fans).
Nice draw, I hope we put out a decent squad too, I never understand why so many Championship teams give up on this competition
