IMO this should be a interesting close game as these fixtures against Exeter usually are. The Grecians have picked up 12pts from there last 15 losing only to Burton 2-0 away which was forgot about as they manged the reverse score against high flying Port Vale a few days later. The Gas won down in Exeter back in September and I don't see why we can't achieve the same at the Mem. Now that Brunt has returned from injury we again have a bit more going up front for us which we lacked against Morecombe and Northampton had he played in those two games I'm sure the outcome would of been different. I've got a good feeling about this game so I'm going for........ The Gas 2 - 1 The Grecians Gas Scorers - Richards and Brunt Grecians Scorer - Cureton Attendance - 7235
score draw for me. 1-1 or 2-2. this will be a tough game. no doubt about that. under JW we are playing well and giving 100% not giving up to the very end. we are defending well keeping clean sheets and creating many chances.... ALL dispite injuries (and there have been many). be interesting to see how brunt is after the game as it was his come back game after his knee injury. hopefully he is ok. i have read and heard good things about tounkaras few minutes he had on the pitch yesterday. wonder who will start! im expecting this to be a good game. ps: yet again another great match thread
Danny Coles back at the Mem as well should be interesting. Will he offer our fans a fight in the car park again?? please log in to view this image

TEAM NEWS Bristol Rovers forward Joe Anyinsah remains a doubt for the visit of Exeter after a hamstring forced him off during Saturday's 3-0 win over Burton. Oliver Norburn could replace Anyinsah, while midfielder Fabian Broghammer (also hamstring) is back in contention. Exeter team news to follow. VIEW FROM THE TRAINING GROUND Bristol Rovers boss John Ward told BBC Radio Bristol: "If we keep working as hard as we are doing, we've got the competitive nature about the group now to give Exeter a really difficult evening. "We're meeting teams who are right on form and they come here after a three-goal victory against Northampton, and they've got an excellent away record. "(Exeter boss) Paul Tisdale has really done well with that club. "Often we've seen knee-jerk reactions on managerial changes when a team has been relegated or in trouble - even though they went down last year he's build a team ready to go up - so fair play to the club, Paul and his players."
