Our game in hand: is it played when we play the (postponed) Brum game? If things continue as they are currently going, that game is one we really have to win. Those 3 points could really make us, this season.

The new date is the 7th of December on a Wednesday night. I highly doubt the game will make our season though, as the five games we have before that are all going to be tough six pointers. We face a tough run in of West Ham, Derby, Burnley, Southampton and Leicester who I expect will all be in and around the play-offs come the end of the season.

Yep! But - if we get some points out of those games (and we might well) - the Brum game could well be important. If only to lift us back into the top six.

Derby won't. They're starting to tail off and will be in a more natural position some time soon. Burnley seem good enough on paper but can never seem to get a run together.

After building up the squad in the summer, Derby have put together a good team and have some good players such as Shackell, Bryson, Ward and Davies. I wouldn't write them off.

I think they've been cheating, feeding the opposition some dodgy casserole or something. But it'd look suspicious if they just suddenly started beating everyone, so they threw a bit of money around in the summer on average players to make it look more realistic ;)

Pearson should be telling the lads to concentrate on every match as it comes, one step at a time. They're all as equally important as each other. Particularly so, now everything is so tight in this division.

its on wednesday 7th december 2011 and no other championship games that night. so yes subject to where City are after the Leicester home game, the Tigers could be in the top 2 after Birmingham.
