I know it's been said before but this really is a must read for any QPR fans. Almost half way through and it's opened my eyes to a fair few things that happened that season (The fact that if it wasn't for Briatore saying no, we would of signed Kyle Naughton, and that he really wanted to come, being the latest).A real eye opener and a book you won't want to put down.
I have my copy, along with Eddie's "A Cockney's Journey", which after our game tomorrow I am packing for a much needed three weeks vacation at a cottage right on the ocean, so lots of reading material for the beach.
In my opinion you will gain more from Eddie's book, regardless of whether you agree with his views on the afterlife or not; it is a fine read. Please let us know what you think when you are back.
Will do - since the Saturday weather forecast does not appear to be beach weather where I'm heading with 2 or 3 of my daughters, I have delayed normal morning departure, so that I can hopefully find a stream for our game, which over here is played 11:00am - 1:00pm - only a 4 hour drive away - getting all my packing done this evening, hopefully the kids will be ready too. I'm being selfish for a change and they're on my R's schedule - anyway we have 3 weeks away. I'm looking forward to de-stessing in the salt water of the Baie de Chaleur (warm water bay) I imagine tomorrow I'll be hearing (as usual) something along the lines of...."Daddy is it really necessary for you to scream, shout and make so much noise in your office when you watch those silly football games of yours"?
