I read it as money for a striker but none after that for a goalkeeper, I suppose it's easier to get a goalkeeper on loan rather than a decent forward.

Have to say I've been mostly impressed with his transfers and decisions close season.
Only 'mostly' because I think we definitely need a keeper also I'd also like a Leader at the back.
    Can't have everything I suppose.

The signings so far of Wilbraham, Little, Smith and Freeman look great deals.
He didn't keep the useless Gillett and has benched the worse than useless Wagstaff.
And best - he's managed to keep Baldock.

    So far so good.

    Never were truer words spoken.

We need to win tomorrow and again on Saturday, especially with Peterborough playing Sheff Utd tomorrow night. We're more than capable of winning both games, and looking further ahead, we are also more than capable of winning at Notts County and at home to Scunthorpe.
Can you imagine the pressure that would be on the likes of Sheff Utd were we to get 15 points from the first 5 ? After Peterborough they have a tough home game with Crawley who are proving no pushovers and who are yet to concede a goal
