Morning Red n White Army It seems as if eternity has passed since our defeat at the hands of Spurs. In that time we have announced a ã27 million pre-tax loss, 'The Rock' has returned to wrestling, the French rugby union coach stated that he "hates the English" bearing in mind he would be wearing laderhosen with a David Hasselhoff t-shirt and have bright blonde hair if it wasnt for our War heroes and it wouldnt be seen as normal if Quinny wasnt having a go at the pubs again now would it. However at last, we are back in action tomorrow down at Goodison of all places. Our sublime season to date is in danger of becoming de-railed if we fall into the mindset of 'just another defeat'. Anyone who has the attitude that its "away to Everton so we are not going to get anything down there" should stay away from this forum all together. Why cant we go to down to Everton and win? Why cant we finish 6th in the Premier League? After all you can acheive whatever you put your mind to. Thankfully Brucey and the lads dont seem to have this mindset and have shown on a number of occasions this season that they can rise to the challenge against the face of adversity. Finally, I have everything sorted for my second visit to the Emirates on March 5th. With a positive result against the Toffees this will have the lads bouncing into the Arsenal game. Normally you would look at Arsenal away and think 'No chance' however with a Cup final and FA Cup replay scheduled before they meet Sunderland their squad will be tested to the limit. A highly anticipated trip to the Camp Nou awaits the following Tuesday after we have rolled into town so surley Arsene will have an eye on argueably the biggest match of his Arsenal reign. With Dean Whitehead doing us a favour with Walcott and Cesc unlikely to feature until Barcelona there is not one reason why we cannot go down there and walk away with our heads held high in our Y fronts (Gyan) and three points in our back pockets. Four points from the next two games will see our European push back on track and with a surge of momentum on our side the Red n White Army will be difficult to halt for the remainder of the season. Haway the Lads!! Just to add, I hope we cream France in the 6 Nations on Saturday but hopefully they will surrender as they seem to have a canny knack of this skill. Swing Low Sweet Chariottttt
