    Will be broadcast on Channel 5 every Saturday at 9pm.
    Much better time methinks - although the ad breaks will piss me off.

    Anything is better than the BBC's coverage! I just hope we have a good season as 9/10 times these shows are only interested in the top 6 of each league and the rest is just a whiz through.

    Is this in addition to the usual BBC Saturday night offering after MOTD ?

    I don't think so. I think Channrel 5 have the sole TV rights to show the highlights plus live playoff games.

    It's a really hard show to do. You have to fit in a ridiculous amount of content into a small timeframe. You simply cannot do it well.

    I'd have liked to see Channel 5 do it spread over three days. Have half an hour each day for each league. It makes it a fair bit longer, but ultimately it means a full 25 minutes dedicated to the results in a single league, and probably enough time to discuss how each team is doing.

    Saturday at 9 is a a bit early, wont we all still be in the pub celebrating a City win earlier in the day? :)
