With the amount of high paying flops they seem to be going through at United these days, I believe this deserves a dedicated thread.

So let's get the ball rolling:

    Di Maria
    Falcao

And then you have United paying over the odds like 27 million for Fellaini (lol), and over 50 million for some unknown French Henry wannabe.

You've also got to consider that they pay Rooney 250 grand a week, and based on his recent return, that's a right mugging off right there.

It misses out the transfer windows were everyone is linked to Arsenal and our hopes are raised that we might buy the type of players we need to strengthen the squad and Wenget doesn't buy them but instead buys a teenager that no-one has heard of and will never be what we need or he buys another small attacking midfielder, and then half our squad get long term injuries, and then we are **** for first 6 games and we lose CL opener, all of which then gets the Wenger Out Brigade in full voice.
thus this is the life of Arsenal fans - but it's still better than being a fan of Spurs who want their team to play "the Spurs way" which results in no trophies ever

I do one thread on Arsenal's title challenge and this is the effect on Arsenal87 <laugh>

I honestly believe that boy would end up fighting himself if left alone long enough in a locked room with nothing but a TV showing an Arsenal match <laugh>

Theatre of dreams turned into a theatre of nightmares for the most expensive flop Di Maria, or as United fans like to call him, 'the coward', lol.

Lol remember United fans soiling themselves over Di Maria saying how great he was gonna be,,,,,guess that didn't turn out to plan, tehehe.

You have a tendency to act like a complete tart but yesterday seems to have pushed you over the edge. Take a day off, it's nice outside.

Why? Di Maria said it was a nightmare. He couldn't get into Van Gaal's MY PHILOSHOPHY.

Van Gaal's great PHILOSHOPHY is to buy good players, and try to make them fit into a Bolton-Allardyce type of football, and then we wonder why a great player like Di Maria flopped at United.

You can't buy flair type players who want to play football, and expect them to thrive on hoof the ball to Fellaini. It just doesn't work despite Van Gaal's insistence on MY PHILOSHOPHY

Also just ask Valdes about how his experience is going, lol, that's got to go down as one of the most useless signings in the history of the EPL, the only meaningful contribution Valdes made was to conceded a goal against us when he came on for an injured De Gea.

Difference is, we got shut of of failing player.

Arsenal choose a different path, repeatedly selling their best player.

Let's not mention their two big money signings and their flapper keeper though, this meltdowns already at defcon 1

I wonder what Gerrard will have to say about this in his new book. He's not fond of blabbering idiots claiming fact!

    I'd rather sell good players making a ****load of money than overpay on players who flop and then sell for a reduced price ending up making a loss. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

You had to sell to make room for the super effective £42m, £160k a week Ozil.

Actually, we didn't. By the time we bought Ozil, we were no longer selling our best players.

In fact in the last 3 seasons we have no longer been selling our best players. So yeah, if you wanna talk out of your stinky ass, at least bring some facts instead of spouting bullshit, you know? We don't need to sell anyone to be able to fund expensive wages and expensive signings, we have the money available to do those things now.

As for Ozil, recent stats have shown that he's created the most chances in the EPL this calendar year, his assist stats are right up there among the top 5, he has helped us win 2 cups, so yeah, i'd say he's been pretty good. Again, please bother with the facts when you want to spout BS, please.
