Seeing as we are safe why on earth wouldn't NP shake everybody's tree and let some of these supposed future super stars take the field to show their stuff? This has been a truly sad and disappointing season to say the least and anything that goes on out on the pitch from here on out doesn't really matter a rat's arse. Who to keep and who to send on their way is the main question now and unless NP has some aces up his proverbial sleeve next season could be much the same or even worse. Pearson needs a good dose of reality pumped his way after a season where his influence has been non-existent so his mandate has to be one of improvement right off the bat with a team that is firing on all cylinders because we know from our history that waiting for the January transfer to cure our ills is a total waste of time. The news we usually get through the summer rarely gets our City hearts beating faster and the only proof we get will be what trots out on the pitch in August and beyond and I'm absolutely positive that NP will know the rules for his own survival.
