The two clubs had agreed it all but the loaning/selling club changed their mind yesterday. Can`t really blame us for that, plus it was Thom Kirwin on Twitter that leaked it, not the club.

There leaking info to try and appease the fans I reckon. Clealy no one is happy about the lack of transfers so letting us know that things are going on is buying the management time from a larger backlash which seems to be gathering pace
It`s because we were almost promised this and that in pre season, and that deals were almost complete. Then two weeks later nothing at all. It`s fairly obvious we are just not willing to pay ther going rate and that the pull of the club isn`t sufficient anymore, which I have been led to believe is Bates and Harveys main selling point to shave a few grand off the players expected weekly wage.

Alright Jud mate. yeah, I was a bit disappointed but the meet itself was ace and there were plenty of others such as Mo Farah, Roble/Oliver in hurdles, and Perri-Shakes that made up for it. Good to see some UK all-comers records being broken as well so flippin high standard of running and jumping! Plus, right in front of us was womens triple jump. Arse and figure central.
Oh, and my son had his pic taken with Linford Christie and Jason Gardiner sat behind us so that was a bonus.
