.... really does hit me whenever I see Sammy warming up now.
He's a lovely lad but just seems to lack basic awareness on the field and I just expect him to give the ball away too easily.
Maybe he has developed the Ameobi trait of a hot streak followed by an elongated period of looking like he hasn't a clue.
At some point a decision will have to me made on his long term future.
It's great that he's from the North East and all of that but that only goes so far.

To be fair to the lad, I thought he made an instant impact when he came on and looked like he helped create a few chances. Better than Gouf (even despite the lucky goal). Yes, Sammy is naive and makes simple mistakes, but he also creates. I'd rather see that than yet another headless chicken in the team.

Gouff will be away in the Summer I'm certain of it.
He's had his chance to find consistency and failed to grasp it.
I used to think he was Pardew's little favourite.. but the coaches clearly still see something in him.

It happens a lot in football. Coaches/Managers seem to see something in certain players that fans and pundits just cannot appreciate. Gouf is one of those. The lads works hard, I'll definitely give him that. But his touch, decision making and general awareness are often shocking for Prem level.

Wtf are any of them meant to be doing? We had 9 corners today and may as well just opt out of being awarded them, never look like doing anything with our set pieces, ever.
We don't expect the team to score and by the looks of it, the players don't expect to either, just bloody clueless. No heart and no belief.

The current squad is developing a dangerous attitude of "who cares if we score, we're getting paid"

Some of them are quite happy for Carver to remain manager cos the guy clearly doesn't even attempt to push them at all. When we do bring in a manager, which I can see being right at the end of Jan, the best thing he can do is just get rid of these ****ing coaches at the club. They're shocking, we have the weakest backroom team in the prem.

Sammy is poor. Gouf is poor. We are really missing Obertan and Aarons now. I hope Abeid is going to get back in and Santon. This is why I wouldn't have loaned out Roberts, he looks a proper footballer unlike Sammy and Gouf.

Sammy is a pile of ****. Gormless and plays like a complete ******. We must put to end this foul Ameobi bloodline now before we get a whole ****ing dynasty coming through and the pack of bastards will infest the club for decades to come.

Sounds a bit too much like ethnic cleansing (or would it be ameobic cleansing) to me.
