Colin Sexstone has re-appeared out of the shadows and spoken his pearls of wisdom on Radio Bristol, all the normal cliches, see what you think,I think he's a bag of wind but as he has said, " Now is not the time for recriminations",I hope it's himself he's waffling about...

' Colin Sexstone admits City are preparing for the "battle of all battles" this Easter weekend.

The City chairman acknowledges the Easter games away at Nottingham Forest and home to Coventry City will be "pivotal" in the bid to avoid relegation.

It comes after City's 1-1 draw with Derby County on Saturday saw them drop into the relegation zone for the first time in 2012.

Speaking on BBC Radio Bristol, Colin said: "Coventry have won a few games and we haven't, that happens in a tight league like the Championship.

"However, there are six games to go and it's up to us to collect as many points as possible in those fixtures.

"There's no hiding point, it has been disappointing, but now is the time to get behind everybody at the club.

"We're in for the battle of all battles. We haven't been good enough and there's no getting away from that, but now is not the time recriminations.

"We're in for the battle of all battles...this weekend is going to be pivotal."

"We have a massive weekend coming up against two teams in and around us in the table and we have help the manager and players do the best job possible.

"This weekend is going to be pivotal."

He continued: "The fans have been fantastic for us during this difficult period.

"We're concentrating on being positive with a total commitment in getting behind the team."

City travel to Nottingham Forest on Saturday (April 7th) for a 5.20pm kick-off live on Sky Sports. The game is followed by a crucial home game against Coventry City on Monday, April 9th. '

For the battle of all battles you need leaders who inspire you when you feel all is lost, soldiers who will fight for those around them even when they know their own situation is dire and a plan with the flexibility to adapt to the ever changing fog of war.

Cant see much of that for the moment

What a total plonker we have as our supposed leader. I've heard he is looking to buy a return ticket on the Titanic.
