We've scored 5 goals away from home but conceded 8 in the last two games ... and therein lies the problem ... tonight so close but that just about does it ... most irritating thing was that I just sat there watching the stream and waiting for the injury time equaliser .. sadly predictable.

With or without Mills, it will make no diff now, they at least now can stop printing those very silly,"I BELIEVE" t-shirts, or maybe start printing some,"I DON'T BELIEVE" t-shirts, to give us a more balanced view. I for one am a realist, and just can't get my head round why people are still clinging to the forlorn hope of the playoffs, for gods sake, its not gonna happen, were not gonna make it, and on the performances this season, we don't bloody deserve to make it. Were simply not good enough, and have not been all season. Now is the time to start planning for next season, and start walking the deadwood to the exit door, Wellens, Gallagher, Dyer, Howard, to name but a few, I would also poss consider cashing in on Bamba, bit of a liability in my eyes, not sure what future Mills has to be honest, and not really that bothered either way, i only want players willing to sweat blood and die for the shirt, not premadonnas. This has been a p*** poor season by any standards, let alone the investment that has been made, frustrating,annoying,disappointing,irritating, and at times, just plain embarrasing(Barnsley at home springs to mind) all in all just a massive damp squib. At least i will have a few free saturdays, as i have no intention of spending them at meaningless midtable mediocrity matches, def false economy i know, as im a season ticket holder, and maybe a bit of cutting my nose off to spite my face, but i have well and truly had enough of this seasong
On a positive note, we have had an inconsistant season, not won 3 in a row, yet we are still in the top half (just). the last time we had a crap season, we were relegated. I feel sorry for teams like Peterborough who have played considerably well this season, yet they are still in the bottom half.
I blame our awful midfield - no one there does their jobs properly and as such our defence is almost continuously exposed and our attack can't do anything.
i dont think he will. nor do i think we will make the play offs, at the end of the day, as i said above, were just not good enough end of story............
god id love to be proved wrong but im afraid i just cant see us putting together the run of wins needed to make the playoffs, fair play to those who still hold out hope, but mmm nah not for me im sad to say
Every time I think its over they provide another glimmer of hope. IF we beat Florest we are right back in with a shout.
I still believe we will make the play-offs! teams will drop points, and we are starting to gel lol! Would just make my season if we beat that fat twat's west Ham at Wembley!
well im gonna have to leave it to you lads to cheer the boys on tonight, as i wont be taking up my spot in L1, having not yet recovered from the chest infection that kept me away from the Hull match also. On the up side, at least i can turn it off if things do go pear shaped lol
