Not in favour of this. They should make a new show under a different name. Didn't think much of the Whitehouse/Enfield recent stuff so don't expect the new Fast Show to be any good.

It was good for the first couple of series but by the end it had become a parody of itself with just an endless stream of catchphrases rather than jokes. Still better than the **** awful Little Britain though.
I'd like a new series of Tramadol nights. I've heard all of Boyle's stand up but the Sketches where decent.
I always enjoyed the more obscure sketches myself, and although it was always mostly a quickfire show with recurring characters and catchphrases, they had to work harder to keep it fresh and apart from the really basic ones like Jesses Diets which required no development, I think it was an extremely well written show. Paul Whitehouse and Charlie Higson did most of the writing for Reeves and Mortimer in their early days and their careers took off because of it. The Fast Show was the first and best of its kind and shows like Little Britain and Catherine Tate were born because of it. I think I've just spoilt it... ...Oh bugger.
The first? I hardly think so. Not the Nine O'Clock News was a similar format and was 20 years before TFS.
Frankie Boyle is funny but the sketches were terrible, The Lee Nelson show is so unfunny i actually get angry before switching over.......... I hope he dies a painful death
