    it was during the great potato famine of 1916 , when the english stole our food and we we were too starving and too weak to fight, they took the 7 counties and ulster.so eamon devalera rode to london on a horse to punch the queen into the jaw as a symbol.but he was caught in the carpark of buckingham palace and thrown in jail for a hundred years where he smeared his own **** on the walls and starved to death.

    It makes a bit more sense to me after Mick's explanation, but I guess you need to be Irish to fully appreciate it.
