The Fail rate our Academy prospects

As per the thread title - here's what the Mail are thinking/guessing about who's coming through the academy, wearing a red cape and their underpants outside their tights -

I thought it was about our fail rate in the Academy...now that would be interesting. How many lads make it. I read somewhere that we take fewer kids as we like to almost guarantee them success if they knuckle down and do as they are told...though whether that is true now we have bigger facilities I don't know. We may be more like Tesco's now....stack 'em high and sell for an exorbitant fee...ok, more like Waitrose.

Is Sam Gallagher pacey? Never looked particularly quick to me. Compared to Lambert and Pelle, sure, but it's not what I'd go for to describe him like with Mayuka or Forte... unless I've been too drunk to notice whenever I've seen him play.
