According to the Sentinel, John Rudge is set to "vacate his role as director of football" as part of a "major shale-up"? Thoughts?
He must be 'knocking on' a bit now and I wonder what he contributes in the role in anycase particularly in recent times. What will the shake-up entail I wonder?

The way I read the article it was inferring that the scouts and Rudge had not really delivered in the recruitment of players - which I thought was strange because Pulis brought Kemp back from being a scout and claims to have the final say on players?
