random bit of good fortune this evening. Noticed that for some reason Coral has Blackburn to be relegated at 9 (or 8/1, i prefer decimals) whilst everyone else has them at 1.8 ish. Guessing its a mistake by someone and when i put a bet on it restricted me to only staking £6.25. Still if they go down thats £50 profit. However i'm a sucker for a sure thing, so i then used betfair to lay Blackburn at 1.89, to the tune of £26.25. So now if Blackburn go down, i make £26 odd overall. If they stay up, i make £20 overall. Either way, the drinks are on Blackburn! Not sure if its of interest to anyone, but if you fancy some free drinks come the end of the season, its not a bad way to get them!
Are you sure that bet isn't for them to finish rock bottom mate? That sounds awfully generous, I stuck a fiver on them to finish bottom at 7/1 in the summer and a they were 2/1 to be relegated at the start so you might want to double check before you get too excited fella, it's very unlike the bookies to get it wrong. I hope for once that they did though

In fact theyre apparently twice as likely to finish bottom as they are to get relegated. Someones made a mistake there i think. edit- They've just noticed, back to 1.73 now! Glad i got the bet in before they noticed.
