Prepared to admit that maybe a lot of his work tended to go unnoticed, but he was usually Mr. Invisible for me. Best of luck to him though.

Good squad player and Rosler is certainly building that at Wigan. I think we can, and should look for better from the likes Burgstaller, Dikgacoi, Daehli and Co. I'd even prefer Ralls to get a few shots at it.

Did a good enough job for us and you always need a few work horses. I think we have better though.

Great servant.....100%er, gutsy with an incredible engine.

Will always be a legend to me as one of the most important players in our promotion squad.

Still think he deserves a starting slot at this level...which he wouldn't have got here.....probably why he's moving on.

    Good luck to the fella.

A good servant and would have been ideal cover for Digkacoi. Would have been an ideal sub and wouldnt have let us down anywhere in the midfield however I think as a starter his chances would have been limited.

Unlike certain players he also didnt look completely out of his depth in the PL either.

Hope Ralls can fill the gap and believe he can.

He was slightly unfairly maligned but he is not the future for City.

Ran around a lot, but did not create much and his goals just dried up.

Nugent on loan to Yeovil until January. Good move for the lad who needs game time.

Only problem I have with Cowie he seems to like to run his contract out, does he get a better deal if no transfer money is paid?

Rosler is a shrewd cookie and will surely manage in the Pl one day. He obviously saw Cowie as a very good signing.

we don't know if he's a good signing for wigan until he plays. it was a simple case of wigan offering more money than either blackburn or rangers, i would have preferred to keep him but only on the right terms. he also kept us waiting for many weeks, possibly months, and we needed a decision.

he is a 100%er and has the attributes to be a decent player for wigan, but i think we need better, and from his point of view it would have made no sense to be a squad player here when wigan wanted him more both in terms of money offered and playing regularly…………………….<ok>

yes because there's more money to give him out of the budget (if you're spending £2,000,000 on a player then you have to pay his wages which will be another £1,000,000 so you're paying £3,000,000 for a player but if you don't have to pay the £2,000,000 then you're feeling easier to offer say £2,000,000 in wages to the player)

Bluey - Caulker to Palace at £42K a week is all over the net along with Campbell at £32K a week. Parish is finding the money from somewhere and backing Pulis. <ok>
