Another mass shooting, shocking stuff again. When will it ever stop? <rose>

Why sell these things, especially to people who've shown emotional problems in the past?

Don't ya' just love the relaxing atmosphere of a nice South Pacific cruise? Well things can't always be that peaceful can they? Today 23 revelers aboard the Carnival Legend had to off load 23 "guests" just North of Sydney. A brawl broke out as the ship was returning to Melbourne. The clip below hardly shows the crew treating the whole shebang with kid gloves. I like the way the officers even join in when it come to sinking the slipper.

A statement from Carnival. "The ship's security team is applying our zero-tolerance policy in the interests of the safety and comfort of other guests."

Cheers; there is a short and long video clip. The 'long' version is a 'story' with this music forming the central part.

Came across this band in a rub-a-dub in Koln however the band come from close to the Danish border. This is a pretty good representation of their four albums so far which include covers of The Irish Rover, Whiskey In The Jar and others. The pub concerned was full of seafaring paraphernalia thus the music. Some of the locals looked about a hundred and possibly had not been on 'dry' land for f****n' decades!

So pro football in the UK has the wherewithal to pay somebody 300 grand a week but can't draw a straight line on a video screen. You really couldn't write the script for this VAR experiment in the FA Cup.

Love this signature of member Staines R's on the QPR football thread:

"We must devastate the avenues where the wealthy live" - Lucy Parsons.

    Well, why not? <laugh>

    .............................................
Lucy Eldine Gonzalez Parsons (c. 1853 – March 7, 1942) was an American labour organizer, radical socialist and anarchist communist. She is remembered as a powerful orator. Parsons entered the radical movement following her marriage to newspaper editor Albert Parsons and moved with him from Texas to Chicago, where she contributed to the newspaper he famously edited—The Alarm. Following her husband's 1887 execution in conjunction with the Haymarket Affair, Parsons remained a leading American radical activist, as a founder of the Industrial Workers of the World and member of other political organizations.

Watched Wigan Man City tonight at saw what £55 million gets you - a right back who when required to do the only bit of defensive work in the entire 94 minutes makes a spectacular balls up. England's World Cup opponents will be ****ting themselves. This fella makes Lee Dixon look half decent.

Talking of value for money ................ just read on the BBC website how KFC have had to close more than half of their 900 UK restaurants due to lack of chicken. Last week they switched their delivery contract to DHL <laugh> Worst logistics company in the world by far, serves them right

Can only say that DHL have a 100% record in delivering my new clothes and household goods from Koln and Munchen. This despite the spidery and hungover completion of the address labels adhered to the poorly constructed flat pack boxes!

    Just my personal experiences.

KFC can close forever as far as I'm concerned. The Colonel's blend of spices is totally lost on me - awful stuff.
