Talking about the Saints they were still unable to refrain from adding a little snippet at the end where they say we could still be in money trouble if the Liebherr family pull out. Always need to have the last word the media, don't they. stupid how we are the only ones with faith in our chairman and his backers.
Thats because at the end of the day, they (the media) don't get any news worthy stories from the our club, because our beloved NC keeps everything in house and private, the way it should be (shame other clubs don't follow his example). So they either make them up or put silly one liners in like that, as per usual these days poor journalisam. Also remember, NC said in an interview just after Saint Marcus left us for the land of Saints, that if the Liebher family walked away, he had similar wealthy backers that would be ready to step in and keep the grand project going!! The media are never more happy than when they are trying to turn lies into facts. Yesterday some posted that a new group had come in for Portsmouth. They have been sniping at Saints since the take over. I do not think NC is exaggerating when he says the family are behind him all the way. I also believe that if they did want to pull out he will have someone lined up in the wings. He is almost bound to have the contacts of very rich people. After all that was his main line of work previously making a few million for his investors which I gather he was good at!!!!!
