Florida's "Tax Payers Alliance" are not at all happy. "Florida politicians spend your tax dollars in a lot of strange and secretive ways. But perhaps none has been stranger than Visit Florida's decision to sponsor a soccer team … on the other side of the planet. This week, the state's tourism-promotion bureau announced that it renewed a $1.25 million-contract to have its logo emblazoned on the jerseys of the Fulham Football Club in England."
