Woke up this morning, and I weighed 13 stone 4 pounds (which still includes the 4 pounds i put on over christmas) which is a touch overweight considering I am 6 feet 1 inches tall but nevermind. Anyway, I have only eaten the following all day:- Tomato Soup Protein Shake - with pint of milk Half a Pizza and about a dozen small chips Some left over fish pie I just went on the scales again and it seems that I now weigh 13 stone 12 pounds. Now without being funny that food wouldn't increase my weight by that much surely?! The scales are fine, so what has gone on!

nah, marra its the same! scales are fine, i've checked them with items and stuff - they are digital and very accurate.
Your weight can vary by quite a bit over the course of the day due to water retention. It's not just a case of emptying your bladder, every cell in your body contains water so you can't control it.
Thanks. Are you a scientist? Out of interest how do i make myself weigh less? drink more? or wait until the water leaves my body and then stop drinking as much fluids?
given your diet you are probably constipated. go for a big ****e and do not come out of there until you spit one out.
