Just in case you dont know that two-bob C--t Paphitis is on BBc2 tonight at 10 pm regarding him and Millwall - as you may have guessed I've got no time for the tosser - he sold us down the river. I hope he rots in a pile of his own s--t.

There's no doubt that he stepped up to the mark when needed and put the club back on the road to financial stability.....was good to see some old footage of Chopper and in the backgroung a very very young Robbo!

I think he did well for us, I remember the crowd strongly singing theo out as they believed we could do better so he decided 'fine I'm off'. For those who have forgotten we did not do better ;)

Will be the same ****** fans we have grumbling about KJ as soon as things go ever so slightly wrong. Given the money that is available we do very well, people need a reality check

Bit of a flash b***er. Learnt nothing new but that he continues to publicise himself.

Much happier with well-grounded JB and KJ than TP and DW.....who seems to be completely off the radar now.

There were dark days after they left.

Lions were lucky to get rescued by JB and KJ - 5 years now. <applause><applause>

Tend to agree with the majority on this one. Theo did stabilise the club to be fair and agreed, on the resources we have got in terms of finances we don't do too bad.

I don't blame him for ****ing off to be honest but thankfully we have a class manager and leadership at the club now.

Things look quite good for us, but unfortunately without the revenue generated in terms of support it's inevitable that at some point we will sell our best players to align the finaces. As it is the club is currenlty running at a loss but on the bright side I think the future looks good .

Whilst I agree that he saved us in '97, he had stated in the summer '03 that he was looking for a buyer that could take the club forward (he wanted out cos he fancied himself on TV as he admitted last night the programme in 2000 had "given him the taste for it") now I dont blame him for that fair enough. But we got to the cup final and were suddenly in europe - something none of us ever dreamt of. So he never sold it - a club that was going to play europe would have been a very attractive to a potential buyer - because in my opinion he wanted the glory, if it came , for himself - fair enough.

Remember the procession after the cup final and his promises that "we're going for it this year" (04/05), I expected a raft of fairly big signings, after all we had made a small fortune (for us) out of the cup run. But no all we got was a succession of loan signings of players who were past the best, tessem et al. He bought Scott Dobbie for 500,000 and sold him 3 months later for same amount. That doesnt sound like going for it to me.

Then in the summer of 05 he sells most of our best players, Ifill, Ward, Dickio - and "sells" the club to Peter de Savoury who, very wealthy compared to you and I, hasn't got a pot to piss in, in football terms which in turn prompts other senior players to want out of the club beause they know no reinforcements are gonna be forthcoming cos Theo has pocketed the money from the sales. A nd with Theo still in the background undermines de Savoury by sacking Claridge after a couplr of weeks and appoints a piss poor manager -who hast got any money to spend anyway so the inevitable happens we go down.

The point I'm trying to make is that although he was good for us at first he left us in the same position that he found us - going nowhere but south. Remember the 6-0 home thrashing by Rotherham when the players couldn't be bothered, all because he didn't pay the bonuses to the players that he promised them - some boss.

Thank god for JB at least he seems to deliver on his promises - if anything we are letting Jb down by not enough of us turning up on match days which dismays me - we get 40,000+ glory hunters going to Wembley where are they when Saturday comes.

Right time to get my pipe and slippers and watch the cricket.
