Morning Folks As we now know Qatar Sports Investments, a group backed by the Qatari state want to acquire shares in Leeds Utd, but Radrizzani is loathed to sell. I suppose I can see his point. He bought Leeds Utd almost 18 months ago when Leeds were not the golden goose they are now. He has spent a lot of time and money from the foundations upwards to steer the good ship Leeds Utd out of choppy waters. Now that others have realised that there is money to be made, why share the profits especially when a lot of the hard work has been done? Answer - Rad does not have the financial clout to compete with the Villa's and Derby's of this World!!! Leeds fans all over social media are venting their displeasure towards Leeds Chairman Andrea Radrizzani. Do they have a point or just hoping the grass is greener on the other side? Villa play Derby this afternoon. If you had to pick one of them to go up, who would it be? Personally, IO am dumbfounded that both teams have not been the subject of Financial fair play!!! Boro have added Lee Bowyer to their Managerial shortlist! Thoughts? Derby are making a 10m bid for on loan striker Harry Wilson, whether they get promoted or not!!! Surely too cheap, especially if Citeh expect Leeds to pay 20m for Harrison!
Morning Elland and all. I read through a ton of replies on twitter last night and Id say 95% of fans want this to happen in some shape or form. Rads needs to be very very careful now as he risks alienating a huge chunk of his fanbase if he fails to deliver this summer. Whether thats by raising his own cash or selling part or all of his shares and possibly losing Bielsa in the process

The way I see it is that he is heavily involved in a game of Poker. He has already put half his chips down. If he golds (sells up), he lives another day, but he's out of pocket due to the work he has put into place over the last 18 months. If he wants to sell shares, Leeds fans would snap them up quicker than Shako drinking a pint when he is particularly parched.
Hi all Radz doesnt have the muscle to do anything without selling players. If he keeps Bielsa and makes 3 top signings he stands a chance of promotion next season and the value of the club doubles. If he loses Bielsa and cant afford to invest in top players he must do something or will see the value of the club fall again. I think if the arabs are serious they will be offering the 49rs a profit on their investment meaning they can et into the club. The 49rs are only the investment arm so could be willing to see their shares for a profit and remember their shares increase this summer as we didnt get promoted. As for Derby I hope they fail today and I want to see them go bust and get punished for cheating FFFP rules. They are losing a million pound every 3 weeks and cannot sustain it any longer so by failing today they have a fire sale next season. Boro are also persuing them in court for cheating too. Amazing that if Villa win today they get a points deduction next season for cheating FFFP rules too. Fkg joke
Morning Mike, I don't think imo Rad was trying to do the James deal on the cheap, I think personally Radz ego took over, and he wanted to introduce our new marquee signing at the very last minute with all the bells and whistles
At the end of the day our squad was too small - I'm amazed we weren't having kitten come October and again in late December due to a) The amount of injuries we were constantly having b) Losing and not replacing Viera and Saiz with players difficult to beat, old pro's that may have been past in the Prem but due to their experience would not a) Give away a cheap free kick in a dangerous area b) Knew how to pick up free kicks c) Would not give away goals on the stroke of half time d) Give away cheap pens. I'm not having a go at Leeds whatsoever, it wasn't the players fault that Bielsa and Radrizzani thought that they could run the players ragged during training, not expect them to get injured, not strengthen and get into the auto's especially when experience from the last 10 seasons at least show Leeds second half of the season is never as good as their first! Or is it? Look at the last 15 form guide. How many teams at the bottom of either the table, or (and) the form guide did we lose to? We didn't know how to grind out a result!
Can’t see the logic in that ell. Bielsa likes players to get used to the system. We needed guys in jan 1st. Why would any businessman showboat against their own best interests. It’s patently obvious to me anyway, that they didn’t know what cash they had until casilla deal was done. Keeper was the priority. Anything else was just what we had left to scrape from the bottom of the jam jar. Done on the cheap, because he didn’t have the cash and was loathe to spend anyway when we were top. Management by hope.
Don't think they will get him for that, if they pay more, then they are heading for big problems if they don't go up.

Two reasons I can think of.I mentioned this before but the amount of "suits" at the Villa game around the directors area driving top of the range Range Rovers was unbelievable. Wouldnt mind betting a fair few of them on a good pull from the club. Second point being what Ortas rubbish signings would be costing in completely wasted wages and many set to continue for another couple of seasons. Didnt last years accounts show a record figure for "administration", 25m or something. Im sure someone can quote the exact figure
