    Yes the pound did tank due to bent bankers not getting their own way but now starting to move north again.
    What are these commodities that have increased by circa 20%

    Take fuel for example, sorry this is where all this started from so I would refer to my original post.
    There are many things that effect commodity prices besides currency values.

    Agreed, and most of those factors reduced the impact the crash in currency value had.
    The 20% rise in fuel prices is directly related to Brexit and resultant devaluation of sterling.
    But you know this already.
    Chesh won’t ever understand so not sure why you are quibbling.

    Good news the first £30k is tax free.
    Bad news these Tory ****s scrapped mortgage interest benefit from 1 April and replaced it with a loan.
