Good Morning Everyone Ekuban should be fit to start, should he be selected by TC on November 19th when Leeds entertain Boro. Have we seen enough of him to form an opinion yet? To say the lad has pace is an understatement! If he is fitr, should he play, and if so instead of who? Did Slaven Bilic deserve to get the boot at West Ham. Is it fair that the whole World knew he'd be going, and who his replacement was going to be whilst still in charge. Those of us who want TC out how would you feel if TC were to be replaced by David Moyes? Just out of interest, who would swap TC for Bilic? Should Felix get a recall between the sticks, or should we keep with Lonners?
Morning all. Wouldn’t want Moyes or Bilic but irrelevant anyway as I doubt we could afford them just like the othe big names that’ll be bandied about when TC goes. We might as well give Ekuban a try. It’ll hardly mess up our winning streak
Morning all, I echo what Eire says above and if TC goes then our set-up would rule out 90% of UK based managers. I personally feel we will get through one more coach after TC before Rads scraps the DOF approach. That is unless Rads really has found us some hidden talent that Thomas is failing to extract
What a wonderful evening - I would replace the young and developing Grot with Ekuban, so probably a start from the bench. TC is doing OK so I wouldn't want to change him. I couldn't really care less about Billic or Moyes and if Felix has learnt to be brave then ok but Lonners is fine for now. I would like to see Dallas in the starting line up against Boro with Alioski coming on in the second half.
I think I'd be tempted to throw Monk off guard with a completely different setup. I'd go 3-5-2 with Dallas and Sacko out wide -------------- Felix ------------- ----- Berardi -- Pontus -- Cooper ----- Sacko -- Vieira - O'Kane - Saiz - Dallas ----------- Lasogga - Roofe ------------- Plenty of pace, Alioski, Ekuban, Ayling on the bench, Roofe can drift out left if Dallas has to drop back defending, back three would be told don't step foot over half way, Berardi might need to move out right when he does OKane and Vieira cover back, Saiz a free role
No to Bilic, he had no chance to make it work at West Ham given their owners approach. Moyes should never work in football again. The only decent jo \b he did was as the fall guy for whiskey chops at scum. As regards who should start our next game it’s just rearranging deck chairs on a sinking ship. With the exception of Saiz each is now as gutless and talentless as the other and our coach is making them worse. Not a hope in hell of beating Boro no matter who we play.

Good Morning to Matt an d co from a dull Bardsey I am pleased that AR has more patience than others how will we know how bad or good he could be without giving him a fair crack of the whip Ekuban looked green to me but if he can emulate Olly Watkins great Why not try the latest signing in goal I think like WJ that Felix has lost his nerve Boro are not playing well and had to rely on a young defender to gain a narrow v ictory on Sunday What has Moyes ever won he left Sunderland in a shambolic state and Bilic will need time to lick his wounds I think if I were considering a replacement I would take a good look at the Shrewsbury manager who has done a remarkable job with NO MONEY
In my personal opinion, this is the problem with a director of football. We don't know if Thomas is doing an excellent job and it could be Orta has signed us below average players, hence why I believe IF Thomas goes we will get through one more coach before Rads reviews his approach to Director Of Football. I don't believe Orta will be leaving as Rads obviously trusts him totally as the length of contract we are giving players is quite something.
I was merely pointing out the shocking standard of our poor squad. It wouldn’t matter who you had selected from the 10000 players on our books 8 of the starting eleven will be crap. Even that’s irrelevant TC couldn’t coach Barca to beat Millwall. Given what’s gone on since Rad/Orta/ TC pitched up perhaps we need a break from footie talk.
