The Council are in talks with Leeds Utd about using the former Matthew Murray High School site (Fullerton Park) in south Leeds as their new training ground / sports village

If everything goes to plan, a proposed date of 2020 has been put forward.

    Thoughts?

There were gasps from MP's as Aluko told MPs that FA boss Martin Glenn told her that if she made statement saying that the FA was not institutionally racist, a second part of a £80,000 would be made to her.

It had been proved that Sampson had asked Spence, a mixed-race player, how many times she had been arrested and told Aluko to make sure her Nigerian relatives did not bring the Ebola virus to Wembley.

Is it banter or is it racism?

Even if it is banter, is it acceptable in 2017?

Sure you could have got away with anything in the 80's, but that was then.

    Agree?

If Aluko's claims are to be taken as 100% accurate, where does that leave the FA?

    Surely this is unacceptable?

Morning all, brilliant news about the new academy site. The Leeds council 100% behind it and the club and even went so far as to say yesterday that this club under this owner are a million miles away from the previous owners over the last 12 years. If we get this done we get rid of TA and the rent money, and we get something that will be the envy of football again and will compare to the Man City set up.

On the Sampson thing I think he was sacked wrongly just like Big Sam, I think Big Sam is taking the FA to court and now looks like little Sam is going to do the same thing. Not once in any enquirey has little Sam being called a racist, indeed over all 3 goes they have said he is not a racist, but now add his humor was badly judged. In other words its like me getting one of my workers in the office and saying, hey you fat ginger twat pull your finger out. Then been taken to tribunal for being a sizist gingerist ffs.

Its the FA thats not fit for purpose and little Sam did a remarkable job taking that squad to No3 in the world from where they were. The FA sacked him because they didnt like what he did in a previous job? ......

A player who was dropped got arsey and spat her dummy out, exactly like what happened in cycling when Shane Sutton told a former champion that they were unfit, wouldnt be selected for the next squad, so got accused of bullying. The cycling PC brigade were too quick to sack Sutton, he was later exonerated and now runs cycling for another country and is suing our cycling dicks for millions. PC is at fault here and upset women who are up themselves

I think anything that deprives Bates of an income is great news and it will make things so much easier to run

had the land belonged to someone else and Leeds wanted to use it planning permission would have taken years and cost a fortune with all the crap involved.
    submitting plans
    sorting parking
    disruptions
because this is their land and they want the income its passed in a week.
