Is Colin better than what we gave him credit for?




Lassoga has told the press that he would would not rule out a permanent move to Elland Road next year.
Obviously that would depend on promotion and wages.

It was further revealed that his parent club Hamburg are actually picking up £50,000 of his wages. Great deal for Leeds surely!




Would it be harsh to drop Roofe from the starting XI having found the back of the net 4 times in two games?

Should the 24 year old be dropped to the bench?

Should he be moved to the left wing?

Can he play up top with Lassoga?

Morning Elland and all. Congratulations on getting married this weekend and keeping it quiet till yesterday by the way. Can’t understand Hamburg paying virtually ally of Lasogga wages. Surely they were better keeping him when they are paying him. Daft. Warnocks promotion record proves he is a great championship manager. He got no support with us and was basically wasting his time like many more we had

I read yesterday they are paying 75% of his wages. Sounds like a good deal for us.

 

Its nice to have the show on the other foot for once. How many ex players did we have to pay 50 and 75% of their wages over the years. Wrong way to run a football club

 

Makes good business sense to me Eire.

For example Hamburg charge us a £1million loan fee (approx 20K per week) and get that paid upfront to help their cash flow situation.

Apparently he's (Lasogga) not that quick which is disappointing but a deadly finisher. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

I had forgotten how glorious cornwall is. Just waiting for clouds to lift before heading out.
Ended up in Rick Steins pub last night and considering how good it was the food was great value.
Feeling better by the day and should get to a game quicker than the quack said.
