I was concerned this was going to be about the BBC's Dan Walker and his wacky creationism.

 

Just had my anti-acid pill, vitamin pill and cod liver oil pill, **** me, getting old is crap!

 

Couple of cups of tea. Get on the road for an hour and a half, think about it then.

Freshly squeezed orange juice, Granola, and Acai berries drizzled with honey. Slice of Fried bread (in dripping of course)
