We would need to know who the new mod would replace, it's about blending the team.

Its hypothetical, as you were saying.

I can't speak for my fellow mods, so couldn't and wouldn't put any suggestions forward, as I believe they do a great job.
If anyone thought I should be replaced, let them speak up, and I'd be happy to step down if that were the case.
