Good Morning Everyone, I'm sure there's a huge sigh of relief around Elland Road as the Mighty Leeds recorded their first victory in nine attempts. Watching the first half, we could have played any other Championship team off the park, and if truth be known could have gone in at half time 4 or 5 goals up. The second half was worrying. We looked second best. Fortunately our three goals in the first half cushioned the blow, and the damage was done. So, what went wrong in the second half? Who was impressed with Cooper? Is he more of a defensive midfielder? Why can Adryan only last for an hour? Did we miss Bellusci? How did Warnock do as Captain? Did Blackpool play like a team rooted to the bottom of the Championship?
Morning ell and the gang .. Cooper is going to be class, keep him at CB with Bellusci .. think Adryan was replaced due to the nature of the second half performance, and he was probably a luxury to be saved for other games, he is still a baby after all .. what we need now is for this schizo team of ours to play for the full 90 minutes and then we will really be in with a chance of a top six spot .. first half against Blackpool and second half against Bournemouth and we will be thrashing teams .. McLaren has Derby firing again, and they showed what a 90 minutes performance can bring in this division .. all we need now is for Cellino to leave Redders alone for the rest of the season and to back him with any signings he needs, and I am sure we will be in good shape .. the only worry is the misfiring performances, going from sublime to ridiculous in the same game Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Second half was very poor. Lots of room for improvement. First half was ridiculously good but Blackpool were terrible
Summary of game, spot on Elland but important thing was the three points. Looking at the fixtures, were going to have a very good idea of the capabilities of manager and squad by New Year. Mainly teams pushing for autos and playoff places so well either perform for full games or get nothing out of them. At least were creeping back up the table slowly
Morning all. The game was effectively over by half time. Disappointing that we didn't build on our lead. But that'll come with time. Cooper looks a class act as CB, & I hope Pearce continues to partner him. Not ideal with both being predominantly left footed. But they did okay. In a game where we're ahead and costing, I'd like to see Redfearn wring the changes and play Del Fabro, Montenegro and anyone else that wouldn't normally start just to see what they can do. Maybe a BCDs game mid week this week would be a good opportunity to play those who either aren't starting, or barely making the bench. If we don't, what's the point in keeping them?
I was surprised to see Montenegro not on the bench on Saturday? Can't believe how well we played in the first half but the 2nd half was abysmal!! Is Redfearn announcing his assistant today? Heard him on the radio on Saturday after the match and he was being quite secretive about it!
Good morning from a dull Cote de Bardsey Yes we played really well in the first half but I suppose nerves got the better of us as its so long since we won a game I really like Cooper as everyone knows and I do agree we should have probably given a role to Del Fabio and Montenegro but then what IF WE HAD THEN gone on to draw ? Redders said in his interview he was thinking of signing a couple of loanees in this break the question is who?
The bigger question 60 is why? We're not even using all the players we've got. So why would we take on anymore?
If only we had a winger or 2 we'd be even better... The next 5 or 6 games will be interesting, some really tough games coming up. Oh and I was in the West Stand in the padded seats, and it was free
So what are Ajose and Montenegro if not wingers? Whilst not their main task, what are Warnock and Byram when they overlap and get crosses in?

Morning Boggers, and everyone else, The 3 goal cushion was enough to put the game to bed. Had it been two, I reckon Blackpool could have got something from the game. Del Fabro needs to get some game time
