Good Morning Everyone, Darko Milanic says he wants to see more tempo, more energy and another face tonight! Milanic said he wanted to see âanother face of the teamâ against Reading after the crap we endured on Saturday. He has also called for âa lot of tempoâ and âa lot of energyâ from his players tonight, admitting that a lack of intensity contributed to Unitedâs defeat at Brentford. Speaking to the YEP, Milanic said âIâm very excited. âI played in very important games and I was a coach for very important games too so this is not something new for me. âBut I get to see for the first time the fans of Leeds United at home. âIt will not be easy for us tonight. We have opponents who also want to win but I want to see another face of the team. âThe first thing we have to do better is bring a lot of energy to the game. âWe must be a team and think like a team. I know that Reading are very quick and dynamic so we have to play with a lot of tempo too. âFootball is difficult to explain sometimes. Why do you have tempo today but tomorrow you have none? âItâs very difficult to explain. But we have to prepare for this game better and we have to put ourselves into it 100 per cent.â Milanic said he was likely to make changes to the line-up he used at Brentford, with Casper Sloth among the players in contention to return to the starting side.
Morning Elland we have to wait and see what Darko brings to the party, as this is the teams 3rd coach in less than 3 months, i cant understand how Montanegro and Adryan have not figured yet in any line up? can anyone enlighten me please!!!
Morning all. Suppose obvious reason Montenegro and adryan not involved is they may not be good enough at this point, for fitness reasons or otherwise. Maybe it's more complicated, paperwork or whatever. Really hope for Milanics sake we do well in next two home games. Finally put all this foreign coach, should have kept readers stuff to bed. Looking at table and last nights results, it's clear this division is no better than any other season. No stand out teams. Forest haven't scored in three games for example. A Leeds win would put us a mere four points off the top after what's been a mediocre first quarter. I suppose in true Leeds style, a midweek win is less than likely
Morning Eire, Cellino has confirmed that it is not paperwork. They wouldn't be able to play for the U21's if that was the case, surely?
Thought that too Elland. So all thats left is they're not good enough yet for whatever reason. Hopefully its only a fitness issue
Morning all - I have given up with the predictions, we are such a Jeykll and Hyde team and we have been for a while now, can beat the best and lose to the worst, it just depends on the day. I was starting to believe we had put that to bed but the Brentford game killed that belief. As long as Cellino buys ER back next month then things are far ahead of the schedule I had hoped for, still work in progress and it is going to take time for the new coach to find his feet.
Good morning to Matt redjock and the boys from a sunny Cote de Bardsey Lets hope Darko replaces Pearce with Cooper I still am not impressed with Mowatt and prefer Sloth as for Brian and Adryan they are just not physically ready yet for the big league or so it seems The results from last night tells us something we already knew any one can beat anyone else in this league so its all to play for lets hope miracles happen and we beat Reading
Morning all - I'd like to think Montenegro and Adryan will be in contention come the weekend. They've had a bit of a chance in the U21s to gain some match fitness now, which was absolutely the right way to go about it, no point throwing them into the team when they aren't ready, but it is about time we saw whether they (particularly Adryan) are worth the hype. No Tuesday night curse to contend with this time, so let's see what Darko has up his sleeves for Reading

Morning all ... could be 7-7 tonite, but a 7-0 win will do nicely ... Adryan and Montenegro were held up as we know, and their clearances came at a time when we went on a run, so they had no chance of getting into a winning team ... expect to see them start filtering in, but like Murphy whose suspension came at the start of our run, they will have to be patient ... at least this coach is focused on passing forward and not sideways, so there will be goals tonite for sure Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Afternoon Durham, certainly looks like it. Apparantly, its been closed for a while as it was a trouble spot. I'm sure Bowyer and Woodgate would concur with that
It was definitely a trouble spot, even without Bowyer and Woodgate! Fairly sure there have been a few stabbings related to that place
