A few things, I think GFH were spending money on a hell of a lot around the club and not just wasting money on player's wages. This is probably where half the problem is. Don't worry about people jumping onto it, I've been saying this from the start. Not necessarilly that he doesn't have a pot to piss in but I don't think he'll spend money on LUFC at all. He hasn't done in the past with Cagliari and operated quite similarly to Bates (from what I have seen in fairness), only difference is he picked players and had heavy involvement with the football side as well. I think we need to let every player out of contract go anyway, none of them are good enough to be in a promotion winning squad imo.
Ah sorry I read Ellands post wrong, I thought we were losing that a month, £500k is more what I would have expected and with a cull of excess baggage players that is easily fixable If he buys ER before the end of this year and steadies the ship as promised I will be happy. I am just worried it is a larger task than he realised.
