Morning Everyone, please log in to view this image After back to back loses, Redders will be looking to get back to wining ways as Leeds ertertain Ipswich at Elland Road tonight. Recently, Ipswich have lost more games than they have won, suffering five defeats in their previous ten competitive matches. Lets not forget, it only seems a few weeks ago that Ipswich were second in the division. Teams can slip off their perch very quickly; Leeds are not safe yet! Leeds have secured five victories during the same period, but the standout statistic from the perspective of the Yorkshire side is that they have opened the scoring seven times in ten games of late. The Elland Road outfit have certainly been the stronger of the two sides defensively, conceding just nine goals to the Tractor Boys’ 14. Opponents have taken an average of 13 shots to find the net against Neil Redfearn’s men, with Leeds sitting top of the Championship in this particular category. Mick McCarthy’s men are at the opposite end of the spectrum, conceding with every fifth shot of late. It is not all bad news for Ipswich, however, with the Suffolk outfit matching Manchester United, Tottenham and Manchester City by registering 12 attempts per game. Ipswich have been one of Leeds boyey teams in seasons gone by, so, if truth be known, I'd settle for a draw. Bellusci is available, and could replace Cooper at the heart of our defence. Morison resumed full training yesterday, and could replace a very unhappy Sharp. Austin has a thigh strain, and will miss the next few weeks. Really hope Redders rests Cook. He's a youngster. Playing 30 games or so in a row is NOT going to do the lad any good, especially as we have 16 midfielders in our squad. If they are not good enough, why are they there? Over to you.....

Spare a thought for Millwall. They lost 3-0 at Boro last night. Our thoughts are with them. please log in to view this image
Morning Elland and all. Also spare a thought for the 13 wally fans at the game and 1000 coppers required to police them
Morning Eire, how'd you think we'll fare tonight? I'd love to see Montenegro and Dawson given a chance
Ipswich fan. Your're playing us at a good time, either 2-1 loss or 1-1 draw. We haven't lost 2 in a row all season and tend to bounce back well, but not sure we will this time. Sears is in great form. Murphy looks shattered. Centre backs hoof more than they need to. Only Mings/Parr are comfortable with the ball in our defence, the rest aren't.
Sure as apples are apples... Billy Sharp will score for your lot tonight. I think we'll be up for it tonight, we'll probably make a couple of changes from the weekend and we haven't lost 2 matches in a row under Mick so I am expecting us to grind out a draw. Though one thing is for certain, we certainly won't make it pretty to watch
Im way past doing predictions. Too much of a Jeckyll and Hyde about us. Dont think Redders will change much around for rest of season.Remember hell want to hit 55 or 60 points and say to Cellino, see what Ive achieved in half a season. If we go on a losing streak now, thats wjat hellmostly be remembered for
Morning Westlake, Nobody including most of the Leeds players will know what Leeds team will turn out tonight. We have done the double over Bournemouth and Boro, and have thrashed Derby at home, yet have struggled against teams like Brighton.
Morning Portman, I'd say a draw tonight. Probably 2-2. Billy Sharp has only started half a dozen games for us. We don't really have a recognised goalscorer. Steve Morison will probably spearhead our forward line

Leeds United striker Billy Sharp has admitted that he is a ‘manager’s nightmare’ when he is not in the starting eleven. please log in to view this image Sharp wants to start more games for Leeds United Sharp, 29, has found first-team action somewhat hard to get this season at the Yorkshire club, but started last Saturday and scored the opening goal against Watford. The Sheffield-born forward has more often than not been ousted from the starting line-up due to Mirco Antenucci, Steve Morison, Souleymane Doukara and even Shako seemingly being ahead of him in the pecking order. However, Sharp is not downbeat about this situation, and believes in himself to start more games for the Elland Road outfit in the coming weeks. Speaking to the Leeds United official site, Sharp said: “I believe in myself and I believe that whatever system or team I play in, I can somehow get goals. “I’ve been able to do that all of my career. If belief and faith is shown in me, I’ll give you goals in return. “People will say I was lucky with the goal on Saturday, but I just knew looking at that goalkeeper warming-up, no disrespect to him, that he had a mistake in him. “Our gameplan worked, we pressed them and it paid off. We put ourselves in a great position but threw it away.” The player who has a wealth of Football League experience, admitted that he may not be a manager’s best friend when he is out of the starting eleven. “I’m probably a manager’s nightmare when I’m not in the team, Sharp added. “The fans have seen that I’m frustrated. I just want to help the team out and help win games.”
Hope Rudolf's out he's a good player. Hope Morrison spearheads your attack he doesn't scare me at all! Very average as lone striker. Do you think you'll push on next year? I think Reading and Forest will definitely be contenders next year, and Brighton probably too.
Rudolph Austin is out for a few weeks with a thigh strain. He's a funny one. Always puts in a hell of a shift, and goes on surging runs, but he gives the ball away far too easily, and also gives away too many dangerous free kicks. Scored a blinder on Saturday, look at this...
Anyone seen that iconic picture of Dave Mackay and Billy Bremner! Fooking awesome that's what Real Football is all about unlike the fairy ponces who play today!
