Just watching Chelsea v Swansea where a Swansea player was booked for chopping down Oscar. No problem with that, it was a foul and deserved a booking. What annoyed me was that immediately prior to that incident, Oscar when in possession of the ball, barged the Swansea player- definately not shoulder to shoulder. That should have been a free kick to Swansea in my opinion. I've seen this type of barge used by other Brazilian players and to me it is a foul and never gets penalised. Is there a new interpretation of the rules that allows a player in possession of the ball to physically lunge chest on at an opponent to unbalance them?bbbbb
