Like many other Gas fans I always have a quick look on a Saturday evening to see if Lambert has scored.
Even now when we get a free kick just outside the penalty area my brain shouts, 'LAMBERT'.
I asked the Saints fans if they thought he would cope in the Premier League if they went up.
They seem in no doubt that he will!

Read that thread on Saints board and now envy has set in. We all knew he was a teriffic player when we had him and our downward spiral started pretty soon after we sold him. :(

I`d love to see him banging in goals in the prem, a great player and model pro, he deserves a shot at the big time.
 
wonder if a prem team takes a gamble on him in jan?? would suit newcastle, stoke, bolton or blackburn me thinks. if he does well then who knows.... suprise call up for england in the euros :)
