Not sure why but there's obviously a specific reason. Doesn't really bother me, Les Reed is experienced and knows what he's doing!
Was about to post this. I think they've done it to ease workload on Cortese, as up until now, he was the sole director.
Yeah that's what I thought just hope that it doesn't take away from Cortese Power. I completely trust Cortese and the Board so any change I assume is for the Best.
We are a private company, not a PLC, we don't legally have to have a board of directors. It's good business practice to do so, but it's at the chairman's/CEO's descretion who he appoints for what reasons. I expect our board just consists of Cortese, Reed, the Finance Director and maybe the commercial guy.
