i must admit ive never been a great fan of theirs , i have been a bit over the top sometimes with my comments so i will say something good about them, if ecclestone and briatore had not brought the club we would have been a right mess, so credit to them for stepping in and stopping the rot ,now having said that i would like to see a bit more money spent on new players as we all would but its their cash so they can do what they want with it, i just hope they back the manager enough to keep us up there not one negative word said
they are a bunch of skinflints, how can qpr one of the richest clubs in the UK be muscled out of one of their targets by a league one club. i dont get it, if it was us yes, we lose out to other clubs every time, but with billionaires on your board you should have no problem, its loose change to the likes of them....
What I can't understand is that only by staying up will they protect their investment . They have to spend to get a squad capable of staying up so why the delay !! None of this makes sense unless they are in negotiation to sell so all transfer dealings are on hold.
It could be that QPR58, or It could be that they are just about to sell Adel and Warnock will not buy anyone until he knows what system we're gonna play with out him! once he's sold then Warnock will go after the players he will need. It's quite obvious that Taraabt wants to leave the R's and play for one of the top sides. If I'm wrong on that statement then Tarbs needs to keep his gob shut
Ecclestone's involvement has improved little or nothing. The club is around £40m in debt. Still very dangerous territory. Administration is a distinct possibility if the Goons decide to cut and run. It remains to be seen whether the £80 or so million prem awards will be used in any way to off-set the club's debts. Briatore and Paladini have used club money to settle up with sacked managers and make dubious payments to agents respectively, thus adding to club debts. I can't see for the life of me how you can say they've stopped the rot...
