Ignoring that disappointing blip against Charlton, the past month has provided some encouragement around the club despite the loaning out of two first team players. On the road can we improve on our season best of 3 away wins on the bounce by turning that into 4 on Saturday at the Madjeski Stadium. Despite heading to face Arsenal at Wembley, a first trip back since Swansea splatted them across the national stadium turf, the Royals league form has been indifferent. Despite Clarke replacing Adkins the form is yet to improve massively, but do have some dangermen in the shape of Jamie Mackie and the Yak. Another three points then? I hope so, my first away game in a while! The thread for Easter Monday's game against Bolton will be up Thurs/Fri
Who knows what will happen following the international break. Several players unavailable due to injuries, suspension or being loaned out. I'm taking a wild guess at 2 2 with Doyle to score.
Reading have Wembley on the minds. 1-0 to the City Noone to net. I know you said a Bolton thread is coming but I won't be remote soon so could I predict 2-2 for that one with Doyle netting? Thanks
That should, of course, be Mr Noone....fat fingers and too much vino rosso or whatever they call it here on Tenerife.
Reading....could be a low scoring draw this one....0-0 please! Cardiff 1 Bolton 0, Noone if you please Mr Blue!
I can't see our win against what was a poor Brum side on the day doing us any harm, but Reading are still not safe and will be up for this. I'll go for a 2-2 draw with Whitts getting a goal please Sheepy. Many thanks.
